One-on-One Coaching

One-on-one coaching focuses on the personal and professional development of individual leaders. The Narrative Coaching approach looks at the stories we tell ourselves, explores the root of those stories, and challenges the client to change their narrative in order to change the outcome. Coaching is typically one hour every other week with email and phone access in between.

Training Workshops and/or Lunch 'n Learns

All training workshops are two hours; lunch 'n learns are typically one hour.  Participation is strongly encouraged to enhance learning through shared experiences. Your organization's continued success depends on leaders with the passion and the skill to share the company vision and goals to every level.
